Insurance company Swiftcover has revealed which car is most likely to be vandalised. It listed the top 5 vandalised cars with the number one slot being taken by the Lexus IS. They suggested that this could be down to the Steve Coogan character Alan Partridge who was linked to the car in his series. The top 5 cars in its Vandalism Index are: Read more »

Who wants to know the best selling cars of 2010? No-one? Well tough I’m going to tell you anyway! The Fiesta tops the chart for the second year but the Nissan Qashqai has popped into the top ten as a result of Nissan’s car sales hike from 77,924 in 2009 to 87,396 in 2010, a jump of 15%. This made Nissan the most popular Japanese car maker in the UK overtaking Toyota who suffered badly with its massive recall dropping sales by 15%. The Graham Hill in depth car review this week is of a new Peugeot. Many years ago a certain car outsold its direct competitor, the VW Golf, through its looks and performance whilst making me a lot of money at the same time. The car was the Peugeot 205 GTi. Deliveries are becoming a nightmare, I have today been given a further delay on a VW Golf with the new 1.4 engine that was ordered on the 1st February 2008 with an estimated lead time of 12 weeks. Delivery is currently expected to be end of August to the dealer. Whilst this situation is exceptional, explained by VW as being the result of amazing International demand for the smaller engine that can be tuned to produce 170 BHP, long lead times are not uncommon. However, most funders will Read more »
