I have the results of a very interesting reliability survey. Warranty Direct have surveyed 50,000 policies to conclude which cars, up to 10 years old are most reliable. Jaguar On The Up – But For How Long?

A friend of mine, who runs a chauffeur company, ordered a new Jaguar XJ which should have been delivered weeks ago. He is still waiting for delivery and has received terrible customer service.
