Graham Hill’s Famous Car Review Of A Mini 7?

Thursday, 24. June 2010

Graham Hill’s famous car review turns this week to a favourite, the Mini. This week I’m carrying out an in depth review of the new Mini 7. Well, I would do but I don’t like the car so it won’t be as in depth as most people might like to read! Anyway, for those old enough, you may recall that when the Mini was launched it came out in a number of guises. There was the Morris Mini Minor and the Austin 7 Mini along with Mokes and Countryman etc. Well the car I’m reviewing this week, the Mini 7 has sod all to do with the Austin 7, its actually, wait for it, a 7 seater. Yep you read that correctly, a 7 seat Mini. They must have got their inspiration from those competitions that used to be held years ago to get as many people into a Mini as possible (world record stands at 24). The new Mini’s may be larger than a Mini Minor but a 7 seater? Has someone been hitting the cider? This new car will be 4WD and have 4 doors, so on that note I’m outa here. What next, fit a rudder and outboard motor and we’ll call it a Mini boat – oops wish I hadn’t said that. Will the new 7 seater see the light of day? We’ll see, in the meantime I’m going to look out for an exciting car to review next week, signing off, Graham Hill.
