Graham Hill’s Brilliant Gadget Of The Week

Wednesday, 14. September 2011

My gadget of the week is a mouse. No, not a squeaky furry thing with a long tail but a computer mouse. What’s so special about it? It’s in the shape of a car. Now whilst this may sound a bit dopey the cars are scale models of well known cars such as the Mercedes SL Gullwing, Mini Cooper, Range Rover Evoque and even a Maserati Gran Turismo. They have working front and rear LED lights that can be turned on or off and come as wireless or wired with amazing detailing. The wireless model has a range of 10 meters and uses a single AA battery.

They can be used on any surface and I have to have one! Prices start at £25.99 for a Beetle Ultima with all other models costing £39.95. The company marketing the mice is also due to bring out a USB memory stick modelled on the Evoque with 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities.

Prices are yet to be announced but others are priced at £19.99. The mice will make a great Chrissy present and at less than 14cm long and easy to use I can work and play ‘cars’ all at the same time. Have a look at www.logicalgadgets.com. By Graham Hill
