Graham Hill Launches New Friday FAQ

Wednesday, 18. February 2009

I had a great response to last Friday’s FAQ’s which will now become a regular feature. Thanks for all the kind words and sharing my liking for Hob Nobs! I like to think that I am probably the UK’s leading expert when it comes to vehicle finance and I love to over deliver to my customers and friends by providing as much information as I can to help you make the best finance decision for your circumstances. I don’t have a website for our broking activity as I prefer to obtain new customers from referrals and buyers of my book. In addition, as a result of the service I provide, I can only take on 10 new clients per month as well as look after my current client base so I don’t tend to follow up quotes in an irritating way, I leave customers to decide and come back to me should they wish to proceed. There will always be those that like to gamble and go online to the bucket shops in order to find a cheaper deal than you would achieve from a professional broker such as myself in the belief that they are saving a few pounds but what are they giving up in support and service, that’s assuming that they receive the car at all? Those gamblers of course will never know. Having said that I am still asked why, with all my experience and contacts, am I occasionally undercut, it can’t always be down to the bucket shops taking just £100 out of each vehicle? It’s a good question so on Friday I spill the beans on why you see some cheap rates compared to mine and why you shouldn’t always just take the lowest rate offered as it may cost you much more in the long term. I’ll bet you can’t wait! Better order in the Hob Nobs. By Graham Hill
