What car do you think drivers voted their number one in this years Auto Express Driver Power survey? Wrong! It’s the Skoda Superb. The poll ranks the findings of 23,000 readers. It takes the top 100 models revealing what drivers love and hate about their cars and ranks them in order. For the third year running Skoda has topped the manufacturers list with Lexus and Jaguar in second and third place. In terms of cars the Superb was followed by the Octavia in second and the Yeti in fourth with the Jaguar XF in 3rd.
Nissan had a great boost with its Qashqai in 5th place. Nissan also had the biggest leap up from 25th last year to 11th this. So there you have it, not joking about Skodas now are you? But then again you’re getting a VW for the price of a much lower quality car. By Graham Hill
