I know it’s a subject I talk about a lot but as we run up to Christmas I’m onto drink driving. It was shocking reading for the Government, about to launch their Christmas campaign, that one in four drivers admit to drink driving recently. A Speeding Fine That Was Thrown Out

In an interesting speeding case a van driver has had his case thrown out after being charged for driving at 61mph in a 50mph restricted area. Gareth Powell was clocked on the A4174 near Bristol in November last year when working as an employee of MD Building Services.
