Drink & Drugs Legislation To Be Reviewed In 2010

The Government has announced a review into drink and drugs legislation to be reported in March 2010. Secretary of State for Transport, Lord Adonis, has appointed Sir Peter North to investigate the issues with a view to considering a reduction in drink drive limits and new drug-driving legislation.
