I mentioned a couple of weeks ago the dangers lurking in cars that could make drivers and passengers very ill. The point has now been re-iterated at a recent ACFO conference whereby the danger of catching Legionnaires disease, as a result of stagnant water in windscreen washer bottles, was mentioned but from the point of view of employer liability.
