On the subject of thefts Thatcham have also announced that we are soon to see a new alarm launched that will detect when a thief is trying to saw through an exhaust pipe in order to remove the catalytic converter. High riding vans, SUV’s and people carriers have been the target for many thieves with over 700 reported thefts last year.
